This renovation was built in mind of the extensive water views. With this in mind the Renxtend team designed a house that would cantilever to the front of the property to give the feel that you were on the edge of the bay.
The use of internal cladding, oak floors with an open plan living gives this home a beach style feel.
The kitchen sweeps out into the pool area. The use of mosaic tiles in the pool gives this pool that little bit of elegance.
