NEW BUILDS
RENWICK RESIDENCE
This home is a Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing Awards winner. Built in a subdivision this residence stands out from the others. The use of Bowral Blue bricks with stone pillars and Colorbond roof really defines the exquisite materials used. The external ceilings have a hardwood timber finish to give these areas some character. With project homes all around you can tell that this home was built with great eye for detail and a quality finish that you would expect in an award winning home.

“My wife and I bought a block of land in the new Renwick (Southern Highlands) estate. There were a number of project homes already in the estate which we examined and then sought a quote from one of them. CARINGBAH KNOCK DOWN REBUILD
Replacing a tired old 1960’s home with no space to this 5 bedroom, two story home that gave our clients everything they needed and wanted.
This house has outstanding street appeal with the use of Face brick, painted render and Linea cladding over the exterior walls and a neutral Colorbond roofing and gutter.
The interior has Spotted gum floors throughout with floor to ceiling tiles in the 3 bathrooms.
Large kitchen leads onto the travertine exterior entertaining area which surrounds the deep blue inground concrete pool.
This home has delivered everything the client expected and wanted.
HEATHCOTE TOWNHOUSE
The owners were after the Hampton’s style Townhouses. With the use of rendered recycled brick, horizontal cladding with stone and angled piers this look was achieved. The extensive use of timber externally with a soft paint colour’s allows these townhouses to blend into the surrounding bushland.

ENGADINE OASIS
This home was built with the vision of using angles to create a modern look. The use of Rendered brick with scyon cladding and hardwood timber sets the front of this house off. When you enter the house you are greeted with a hardwood timber tread open riser stairs with blackbutt floors and screen.
MARRICKVILLE EXTENSION
The Renxtend team totally transformed this older Marrickville home. It was a major renovation including entrance, kitchen, living, bathroom and hallway areas. The result was stunning!

BAY VIEWS, GYMEA BAY
This renovation was built in mind of the extensive water views. With this in mind we designed a house that would cantilever to the front of the property to give the feel that you were on the edge of the bay. The use of internal cladding, oak floors with an open plan living gives this home a beach style feel.
The kitchen sweeps out into the pool area. The use of mosaic tiles in the pool gives this pool that little bit of elegance.

This pool and entertaining area was built for the entertainer. The use of travertine to flow from the pool into the covered entertaining area allows these 2 areas to become one. With a dark beadcrete finish this gives the pool a more natural look.
